中国民主党英国党部08年工作会议简报

各支部及党员：
在2008年4月7日，中国民主党英国党部在伦敦召开2008年工作会议。参加会议人员为6人，另外有3人请假。以此组成了英国党部的新领导班子。会议对当前中国局势展开了热烈讨论，表明了各自的观点和立场。现将会议情况通报如下：
1，我们对去年以来，中国政府对中国民主党国内党员实行了新一轮的镇压，先后将池建伟、朱虞夫、陈树庆和吕耿松判刑入狱。我们对此表示强烈的抗议！以上中国民主党党员全部是在实施公民合法政治权利时，特别是言论自由时被判入狱的。同时，我们对中国政府最近对国内异见人士胡佳先生的判决表示强烈愤慨和谴责！我们对关在监狱里的秦永敏、许万平、何德普等20多名中国民主党党员表示崇高的敬意！
2，我们强烈谴责西藏最近发生的以平民为攻击目标的暴力行为。我们对在此暴力事件中失去生命的无辜汉藏回族同胞表示哀悼！我们坚决反对任何以攻击平民为目标的暴力行为。我们坚决反对以反抗暴政为名而攻击平民百姓。我们支持和要求中国政府采取适当措施保护平民的生命和社会次序的稳定。我们支持中国政府在维护国家主权和领土完整所作出的努力。
3，我们强烈要求中国政府深刻反思和检讨中国的民族政策、宗教政策和尊重公民的政治权利。经济的发展不能作为剥夺公民的政治权利，宗教自由和人权的理由。中国政府在人权纪录上的声名狼藉，使得中国在国际上得不到应有的尊重。中国政府在批评超级大国冷战思维的同时，请反思一下自身的阶级斗争思维。请放弃那种令人可笑的西方列强亡我之心不死的思维方式。一党专制所导致的精神和文化后果，不仅腐败和改变了中国共产党本身，也正在腐蚀我们整个民族。西方民众对中国的一些偏见正是一党专制所带来的后果。镇压异见人士，新闻媒体没有自由，司法制度不能独立，工会接受党的领导，政府的黑箱操作，这怎么可能让人们对你们没有偏见？
4，中国国民党候选人马英九先生在台湾选举中高票当选中华民国新一任总统，表明了台湾民进党依靠台独理念来夺取政权的失败；表明了台湾人民在政治上趋向成熟；表明了台湾民主制度趋向成熟。我们对两岸在未来的统一满怀信心。但是，我们坚决反对统一带来民主制度的倒退。我们希望台湾政府在促进中国大陆向民主制度转型方面作出应有的贡献。
5，我们为今年在北京举办奥运会感到骄傲。北京奥运会是我们整个中华民族的骄傲，而不是中国共产党的奥运。我们希望北京奥运会取得圆满成功，所以，我们反对任何干扰北京奥运会的企图和行为。但是，我们必须指出，在北京奥运会临近之时，中国政府加紧镇压国内异见人士，这本身就是违背奥运精神的。中国共产党为了维护一党专制而对国内人民政治权利的侵犯正是北京奥运会的最大障碍。我们呼吁中国共产党以民族利益为重，在北京奥运会之前，释放所有的政治良心犯，实行新闻自由。

Branch of China Democracy Party in April 2008
The UK Branch of China Democracy Party has hold an important working
conference in London on 7th April 2008. Total 6 delegates have
taken part in the conference and 3 delegates asked for leave. The conference
has completed a new head structure of organization.
The conference has discussed actively the
current situation in China and all delegates expressed their own opinions.
1, We have been strongly protesting that the Chinese Government has suppressed the
members of China Democracy Party in China recently and arrested our members
Chi Jianwei, Zhu Yufu, Chen Shuqing and Lu Gengsong. All those members above
have arrested when they were put in practice their legal political rights
particularly for the freedom of speech. In the meantime, we are showing our
condemning and indignation strongly for dissident Mr Hu Jia who was
sentenced by Chinese Government recently. We pay our high and lofty respect
for those like as Qin Yongmin, Xu Wanping, He Depu and other more than 20
members of CDP who are still in the prison in China!
2, We are strongly condemning the acts of violence recently which attacking
the innocent civilian as the target of attacking in Tibet. We are resolutely
opposing any acts of violence attacking innocent civilian! We are supporting
and demanding Chinese Government to use properly means to insure the
stabilization of social order and the life of civilian. We are supporting
Chinese Government to defend state sovereignty and territorial integrity.
3, We strongly demand Chinese
Government reconsider and view the Chinese ethnic policies, religion
policies and respected the political right of civilian. The developing of
economic can not be the reasons to deprive the political right, religion
freedom and human rights of civilian. The one party system lead a
consequence of spirit and culture which not only have been corrupting and
changing the CCP itself, but also have been corrupting our whole nations.
The western people have some prejudice to China which is just the
consequence of the one party system. How can people do not have the
prejudice if you suppressing dissidents, no freedom of press, nondependent
system of judiciary and trading unions, and unapparent of official
operation?
4, We hope that Taiwan Government make contributions
for promoting mainland China transfer the system to a democratic system. We
are resolutely opposing and against any reverse of democratic system through
unification.
5, We are proud of the Olympic will
be held in Beijing. Beijing Olympic is the honour of our whole nations, not
CCP Olympic. We hope that the Beijing Olympic will be complete success, so
we are opposing and against any attempts or acts which try disturb Beijing
Olympic, but we must point out that before the time of Beijing Olympic on,
Chinese Government suppress dissidents that is contravening the spirit of
Olympic. The biggest obstruction for Beijing Olympic is the CCP has violated
the political rights of Chinese people for maintenances their one party
system. We are appealing that CCP should put our nation interest at first
and carry out freedom of press and release all political conscience
offenders before Beijing Olympic.
